Return Conditions

At Hortelano Coffee Roasters we roast our coffees on demand, ensuring that our product arrives as fresh as possible. Your order is created especially for you, with the grind you request, which is why returns are not accepted.

Defective or poor condition product

If the product has arrived open or in poor condition, please contact us via chat or email. info@hortelanocoffeeroasters.com, we will send it to you again at no cost to you.

Refund

We will refund your order in the following cases:

  • You do not receive the package due to a parcel error.
  • We made a mistake with your order.
  • It arrives in poor condition and you no longer want it.

We do not refund your order if:

  • The product arrives in good condition but you have changed your mind.
  • If after several attempts by the parcel company you are absent.
  • Any other reason for which neither the parcel company nor Hortelano Coffee Roasters have any type of responsibility.

The refund will be made by the same method that the payment was made. The amount may take up to 5 days to be received.
